Angie Green is an accomplished real estate professional and has provided EXTRAordinary services to Charlotte and its surrounding area since 2002. In 1995 Angie graduated from Johnson C. Smith University with a degree in English. Angie has watched Charlotte’s beautiful skyline and landscape flourish into one of our country's greatest real estate markets. Lourdes Varela brings her excellent customer service, management and advocacy skills to the team. Prior to joining Alliance Realty, she established a support team of vendors executing immediate responses to families and clients for over 5 years at Urban American Management Company in New York, while simultaneously attending college for a Bachelors in Psychology. Her exceptional customer service skills transferred to Maersk Line and Varela Painting in the Carolinas. Born to parents of Dominican decent Lourdes is proficient in both Spanish and English. Originally from Los Angeles, Roland moved to Charlotte after earning a graduate degree in business administration at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Having worked in the commercial banking industry for more than thirteen years, Roland has gained invaluable experience as a professional analyzing properties, working to find solutions, and meet the needs of clients. As a home owner and real estate investor, he has also gained an understanding of the benefit that having knowledge of your real estate transaction can provide.
